Bradley Barlow is CEO and Chief Compliance Officer of Stonebridge Capital Partners, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member firm (CRD# 328918). He is a licensed FINRA principal, holding Series 7, 24, 79, and 99 registrations, and a member of the State Bar of California. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the private capital markets to the firm.
Before moving into capital markets, Mr. Barlow practiced as a transactional corporate attorney, and that grounding still shapes how he reads a subscription agreement, structures an offering, and evaluates whether an issuer is genuinely ready to raise. In the years since, he has structured transactions, formed funds, and built the operational and compliance infrastructure that private capital businesses need in order to function properly.
Alongside Stonebridge, he serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Argonaut Capital Partners, a principal-led private investment firm he founded in 2021 that invests in privately held companies and works with significant public company shareholders on structured liquidity. He has served on and chaired numerous private company boards and advisory boards, and has served as interim CEO, COO, and President of multiple operating companies. That operating history informs how he assesses the issuers and counterparties Stonebridge brings to the platform, since he has sat on the other side of the table more than once.
His civic work includes more than seven years as Chairman of Unlimited Possibilities, formerly UCP of Orange County, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children with disabilities reach their full potential. He played an instrumental role in the organization’s merger with Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
Mr. Barlow holds a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is registered with FINRA through Stonebridge Capital Partners and is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
